Terms and Conditions
Green Basket is registered in Ghana. The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between you and Green Basket for the sale and purchase of the items ordered or purchased from Green Basket, either online, via phone or face to face.
Availability of goods and services
Goods will be delivered to you at the address given by you at the time of order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that occasionally, goods ordered may be sent to you in installments. In that case, we will make every effort to inform you via phone or email if this is the case. There may be additional charges to cover the cost of delivery, in which case you will be informed at time of checkout. If you would rather pickup your order than have it delivered, there will be key pickup points where you will be able to collect your order for no additional charge.
We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery is currently available in Accra and Tema only. We look forward to bringing you service outside of these areas in the near future.
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an e-mail confirmation. It will state what the products are on order, the total cost including VAT (where appropriate), and delivery fee (where appropriate) and invoice details. On the rare occasion that your order cannot be processed, a member of the customer services team will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.
Green Basket will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We will keep a record of your contact details with the intention of sending your order. Information you enter into our registration forms may be collected and stored briefly by us so that we may contact you in relation to the nature of your attempted transaction, even if you do not confirm the transaction. This may be used to send operational emails to enquire as to why the purchase was not completed. We will not use this data for any other purpose, we will not store it for longer than necessary and we certainly will not share it with any other company. Our aim is simply to provide you with the highest level of service that we can.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Green Basket will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Green Basket will do it’s very best to ensure that goods are delivered to you in great condition. We would love to hear from you, the good, the bad and the ugly. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from Green Basket, please contact us. We will work together to make sure you are a happy customer.
Green Basket shall have no liability to client in the case of failure to deliver goods or delay caused by any event or circumstance beyond it’s reasonable control including flood, fire, earthquake, war, strike or criminal activity prevents the Green Basket team from delivering your products.
Promotion Code Terms & Conditions
Promotional codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed with Green Basket. Details of any minimum or percentage discount, including VAT and saving entitlement can be found in your voucher email.
Promotion codes are only valid for orders placed online.

Promotion codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicized with the relevant promotion code.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
Promotion codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer is not valid on sale items or other discounted items.
Where a ‘3 for the price of 2’ or ‘4 for the price of 3, or ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer is advertised the cheapest item is free.
Green Basket reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time
Green Basket reserves the right to terminate the validity of any promotional code at any time.
Green Basket Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
We currently do not accept Green Basket Vouchers through the online shop, but this is something we will being adding in the future.
Vouchers may be redeemed for goods at the Green Basket site or over the phone.
Green Basket vouchers may be exchanged for any product within the online shop or mobile shop.
Vouchers may, on payment of the difference, be exchanged on a purchase of a higher value.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
Change will not be given.
If the security code has already been used the voucher will be void.
Online Shop Gift Certificates
Online Shop Gift Certificates are the perfect way to give a great present without the worry of getting your gift wrong. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, valid for one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable for Green Basket products.
